Giant Shoe Museum. Giant Shoe Museum

The GIANT SHOE MUSEUM in Seattle, WA's Pike Place Market, opened last month. It's a coin op museum featuring giant shoes. One gallery shows the Worlds Largest Collection of Giant Shoes. One shows an actual shoe worn by Robert Wadlow, and the third main gallery displays the Colossus, a 5 foot long wing tip from the 20s.

Other galleries explain the "Giant Shoes of Mystery" and the $1000 reward for them. [Dan Eskenazi, 07/13/1997]
