Fremont Street Experience An absolute must-see. Get there at sunset and plan on staying until midnight. There is tons to do there and an amazing show. One of my favorite Vegas destinations.

Fremont Street Experience Still well worth the trip, especially if you hanker for some of the old Vegas. Take the trip down memory lane as you enjoy the incredible light show. According to my father, who lives here, about three years ago the lights were upgraded from 2 to 10 million. The shows change every hour and again every couple months. Something free and fun to do with your family.

On our own recent evening visit, we witnessed a high ratio of pose-with-me showgirls, superheroes and celebrity impersonators, while tourists ziplined and shrieked overhead beneath the multimedia canopy, and evangelicals advised with banners: "God says please do not go to Hell."
