Charley - Hotel Ghost

"Charley" is the resident ghost at the Tokeland Hotel. In the 1930's when smuggling Chinese immigrants into the US was profitable, "Charley" was one of the 100's who arrived at the Kindred resort in Tokeland, WA. Unfortunately "Charley" died while at the resort, however, according to all subsequent owners of the resort AKA Tokeland Hotel, "Charley" is living on the top floor and visits the newer occupants from time to time. Tokeland is located on the Washington coastline on the southern end of what is called "The Cranberry Coast". [Kathie Wahl, 03/07/1997]
