Gozzi's Turkey Farm - Neon Turkeys Gozzi's is still going strong. The dye is nontoxic and temporary; new white feathers replace the dyed ones. Birds are out each November and December.

Gozzi's Turkey Farm - Neon Turkeys Every Thanksgiving, Gozzi's has a pen of neon colored turkeys on display. They're not saying how they do it, and PETA hasn't shown up yet. Not sure if these gobblers can end up on your table on Turkey Day, or if they're just for show.
