Cool Springs, Arizona - 1920s Route 66 Gas Station

We happened to stop into Cool Springs for a cool drink and found a roadrunner just outside the front door. The lady inside quickly came out, gave him a bite to eat and explained that her (the roadrunner) name was Nedley and that she had some chicks out back. I suppose they'll be a whole family out there soon. [Dan Jensen, 07/09/2007]
