VW Bug Batmobile

The staff at Gorilla Fireworks says that the best time to see these wacky things in their full glory is from the very end of June through July 4th, or the week before New Years. Some years, when the fire danger is particularly high, the stands remain closed and everything stays tucked away.

Gorilla Fireworks - Batmobile, London Bus

Not only does this roadside fireworks stand have a huge inflated gorilla wearing sunglasses and America pants, but the parking lot boasts a Batmobile that you can sit in for photos, a Volkswagen Beetle painted like a ladybug, a psychedelic microbus, and a weird double-decker London-style bus with the score from the Revolutionary War proudly displayed on the side (America 1, England 0).
