Winslow, Arkansas - Shirtless Guy Statue Devil's Den State Park is one of the most beautiful places in all of Arkansas. What gets everyone's attention, though, is the perfect male form statue representing the CCC workers who built the cabins, roads, dams, etc here. The guys were sure built back then.
