- Outside the "Red Square" bar, which is inside "The Quarter" shopping mall at the Tropicana Casino. Entrance to The Quarter is on the west side of Pacific Ave. just south of S. Iowa Ave. Go up the escalator and Lenin will be to your right. Probably easiest to park a block west, on Atlantic Ave., and walk over.
