Vandalia, Illinois - Playground Rocket Ship

On the same site as the Vandalia Travelodge Arch is a rocket ship. On the ship is a sign warning not to climb the ship. I can only guess that is because it has no outer skin and, should it take off, would be dangerous to anyone on board. [Steve Cook, 02/26/2007]
