Louis Lee's Rock Garden

In Phoenix for Labor Day weekend 2007, I was so excited to visit the Rock Garden... I called the number listed on RoadsideAmerica.com to ask if I could visit the property. An elderly woman answered the phone and said, "No." "Oh, well, I'm sorry to bother you - is there a better time to visit?" "No."

If anyone else knows if the Rock Garden is accepting visits from respectful and awestruck tourists, please let us know!

[Paul Sinfield, 09/13/2007]

We'd heard from Louis's son in Spring 2007 he hoped to keep the site open, but the family apparently is not currently allowing the public to tour... We hope the situation changes!
