The cost of admission was $7 for two of us, and it included a 12-minute video of the history of the Gulf Coast. This video is not to be missed. Highlights of the museum include memorabilia from Janis Joplin's childhood, a very large mural (featured in the video), decorative tobacco cabinets, and a hall dedicated to other Port Arthur celebrities.
We were the only two visitors in this decent sized museum, and the security guard escorted us the whole time. [Heather and Eric, 04/25/2007]
