This is an interesting Muffler Man hybrid. It appears shorter than a normal M-Man (though the scale is hard to judge since Rick shot with a long lens from outside the property). And his left arm is attached to his body in an odd way, like a victim of botched collarbone surgery. Note the pair of rearing stallions, also on flea market land -- and all just south of the Touchdown Jesus statue.
