Casa Bonita A unique, crazy Mexican restaurant. As we waited in the hour-long line for all-you-can-eat food that was reasonably-priced (given the entertainment), we asked our family to imagine the most entertaining restaurant ever. And of course, they didn't begin to imagine cliff divers and everything else in there.
[eric schansberg, 07/23/2012]OMG what an experience! Like Disneyland, Universal Studios, and kitsch heaven all rolled into one. The cliff diving was amazing. And the Gorilla show was funny. This place is truly endless wonder. You must walk around to take it all in. Plus, the food was great! If I'm ever in Denver again, I am so going back!!

Casa Bonita I grew up in Colorado, and as I kid I would beg my mom to take me to Casa Bonita for my birthday. We would drive in from Colorado Springs for the adventure. Now I have moved back to the Denver area and I can't believe I have talked my honey into taking me back! It was 1976 or '77 the last time I was here! Not much has changed. You just have to do it! Have some fun and don't take yourself too seriously. It is worth the stop.
