Soap Man
It's the Soap Man, Fabled Lost Companion of the Mutter Museum's Soap Lady. I haven't seen him since a trip to DC in 1992. We slipped across him by accident while wandering rings around the vastness of the Museum of American History. I recognized him immediately because I had read Roadside America! My wife had visited the museum in 1983 and remembered taking this picture.
