Florence, Oregon - Bliss Hot Rod Grill

We flew down to Seattle from our home in Alaska to tour a few different states and visit family and friends. While driving through Florence we drove by this diner and had to stop. Unfortunately we had just stopped a few miles back and ate somewhere else, not knowing we would come across a place as neat as this. The Bliss Hot Rod Grill, on Highway 101, isn't just any hamburger stand. The first thing you notice is the 1950s hot rod cars on the building, around the building, and crashing out of the building. Inside it's a 1950s style diner with two actual cars that you can sit and eat in. The walls are covered with vintage memorabilia and the food is great! [Jody Day, 08/10/2007]
