Ironic Topiary Pigs The Winter Park's Plant Pigs are two pig topiaries that are in Downtown Winter Park. The pigs were donated by Disney in 1995 to the city as a nod to an old city ordinance stating that the running at large of horses, cattle, swine, sheep, and goats within the city limits is prohibited.
