Moo Donna and Priscilla The rusty cow on the side of I-5 is named "Moo Donna." The city of Yreka bought her from artist Ralph Sterrit to signify the town's southern boundaries. Priscilla, the dragon, is no longer in front of Ralph's studio, but on the northern edge of town. She has solar lighting to illuminate her at night.
