Metal Cow Just South of Yreka on I-5 there is a large metal cow sculpture by Yreka artist Ralph Starritt, who also made the dragon sculpture on I-5 North of Yreka. The cow was donated and the dragon was bought by the city of Yreka. Ralph has a workshop and art gallery in Yreka. [leo grevers, 03/06/2009]
