Wendover, Utah - Bonneville Salt Flats This is the world famous Bonneville Salt Flats, site of numerous land speed records. The races are held every year over Labor Day weekend. Drivers who reach 200 mph receive a hat letting everyone know they did it.
We are planning a trip there again in 2008 to test the limits of my boyfriend's 1995 NSX. I'll report back on our efforts. [June, 11/03/2007]
