7/29/16 building is for sale and no woodcarvings are there anymore. Sad! Attraction is gone.
[Mel Harvey, 07/31/2016]Slim's Woodshed: America's Largest Woodcarving Museum
Slim's Woodshed in the southern Minnesota hamlet of Harmony is the Largest Woodcarving Museum in the United States. There are over 4,000 pieces (including a 120-piece two-ring circus scene) down to small pieces carved out of matchsticks. All kinds of figures, animals, etc. inside the building and out. Very impressive. Also a gift shop and antique shop.
