Slick and commercial, former Red Planet became E.T. Encounter diner and had a charming flying saucer fountain in its parking lot, alien spaceships (and alien dummies) and martian murals inside.

It's not "Space Aliens Bar" from your list, but the Red Planet Diner in Sedona sounds similar. It's pretty... alien. And it doesn't seem like a chain. Good burgers and great shakes.
