New Town, North Dakota - Outhouse on a Pole In New Town, North Dakota, we came across this man in an outhouse with a vulture perched atop it on a pole on the main road through town as we were driving through. Very funny looking and we couldn't really tell what it was supposed to be there for. [Holly Diestler, 06/11/2008]
