The outhouse on a pole is to draw attention to Wolf`s septic and port-a-potty business. North of New Town one mile on hwy 1804 is Wolf`s Trading Post, a recreation of an Old West town, with a store featuring Native American arts and crafts.

Outhouse on a Pole In New Town, North Dakota, we came across this man in an outhouse with a vulture perched atop it on a pole on the main road through town as we were driving through. Very funny looking and we couldn't really tell what it was supposed to be there for.
