Freehold, New Jersey - Butterfly House There is a house down the road about a mile from the main
borough of Freehold. It is known as the "Freehold Butterfly House"
because it has a painting of a huge butterfly that has a 24' wingspan on
the side of the house. The house itself is Victorian and was built in 1872,
and the butterfly was painted in 2001 by a local artist. [Nick Mancini, 06/15/2008][RA: In NJ, even a house can get a cute butterfly tattoo.]
