Makanda, Illinois - Art Garden

In Makanda there is a copper artist that has built an unusual garden. It is behind his shop and has mazes, bridges, ponds, statues, sculpture, a small creek, cave (actually a very old underpass), etc. To reach it you go through his shop, he is friendly and allowed us to go see it. My 7 years old son loved it. Very fun to explore. Took maybe a half-hour. [KYJimBowie, 06/27/2008]
