Bangor, Michigan - Viking Statue This Viking was found at Bangor High School in Bangor, MI in Van Buren
County. It is a Muffler Man-sized fellow and has been here for many
years. This
is at the athletic field on W. Arlington St. in town and it is protected by 2 fences! The high school mascot is the Viking. [Mark Comstock, 12/21/2008]

This I believe is a Muffler Man Viking without the shield. It is the Bangor High School Mascot that is on their track and field arena. It has been there for as long I remember. I tried to get the principal to confirm the statue but never got back, so when visiting my parents this last week I went there and took pictures. Still there standing strong!
