We think it has moved. We drove back and forth three times and gave up. A few miles down the road we found it at Walker's Country Market. Lots of parking, and a store with fresh produce and other food items.

My wife and I were at The Living Water Wayside Chapel in Niagara-On-The-Lake today. Yes, it appears that its doors are open and it is a charming little church.
