Shidoni - Statue Bronze Pouring

Shidoni is an outdoor sculpture gallery and foundry, a great place to stop with the kids. Walk around the grounds and see all sorts of large sculpture and fountains. If you are lucky to be there on a Saturday afternoon, you can watch them pour bronze into molds, a dramatic event. There are also two indoor galleries on the site and the Tesuque Glass Works next door where you can observe glass blowing and buy blown glass objects. [Linda W., 01/28/2009]
