To get there from downtown Los Angeles: Take the 60 freeway east for about eight miles, until you find Rosemead Boulevard. Take Rosemead Boulevard north for about a quarter mile. The museum is on the east side of the street. Don't drive too fast or you'll miss it.
You'll see several Viet Nam-era M113 troop carriers; WWII M4 Sherman Tanks; M47, and M48, and M60 heavy tanks; trucks; artillery; some silly WWI-era armored vehicles; and even a UH60 Huey helicopter. [Michael Anderson, 08/19/1998]
