Purple People Eater Today I came across such a strange little sculpture! He appeared to be some kind of gas thingy that we see so often on the side of the road....only he was purple and kinda creepy! His nose hung down; his teeth were misaligned; and he even had a tiny little bow tie below his chin. How unusual, I thought. Then I drove a little further to see the other side of him and discovered he'd been given a name! THE PURPLE PEOPLE EATER! Oh, was I scared! [Amber Harkins, 02/13/2009]
