He stood atop a pedestal, wearing a long feathered headdress and with a spiked war club in his hand, guarding the Dixie Discount mart. Fell in a 2011 storm, reported gone in 2012. Store bulldozed in 2016

Dixie Discount no longer stands as well -- it was bulldozed during fall 2016 after a fire gutted it. Across the street at Lucky Lotto there is a big red bull statue; next door is one of the few drive-in theaters left in America.

There is an Indian statue just out side Franklin Ky, off 31W. Exit 2 and 1.9 miles going away from town. If you hit the drive-in, you went too far. It's at Dixie Discounts. This is across the street from the Large Bull at Lucky Lotto.
