Smallest Park in the United States Not sure if this park is the entire grass-filled area, or only the little circular section with the monument and flag? The Portland, Oregon park is on our to-do list, but maybe there can be two title-holders, maybe this is the smallest park with a marble dedication memorial? Albert Park is located at 991 Dodd Rd. in scenic West St. Paul, MN. A granite monument occupies the center of the tiny triangular park with an inscription that verifies it as the smallest park in the USA by R.L. Ripley!
