Stanton, Missouri: Jesse James Wax Museum

As a historian, Native Missourian and confirmed skeptic, I have always demanded proof when confronted with a conspiracy theory. The Jesse James Museum offers just that! Not only were the facts presented credible, but the man working the museum offered even more forensic evidence and plain old logic, proving to me that J. Frank Dalton and Jesse James were one in the same. This journey into the past is great for all ages and very affordable in these troubled economic times. I don't believe in Bigfoot, UFOs, or the Easter Bunny.....But I do truly believe that a conspiracy involving the assassination of another outlaw so Jesse could go free occurred and that Missouri Governor Crittenton was involved in the cover-up...I am now a TRUE BELIEVER.

My name is Kayla. I'm supposedly related to Jesse James. We have proof that we are -- like pictures of him after he was "killed." One picture in particular is of him on his 100th birthday on the front steps of his home. My great aunt, whose maiden name is Lowe, says she knew Jesse's mother or sister or someone like that, who knew Jesse as a young adult. One other thing, his mother, Zerelda, you know why her arm is gone, right? It wasn't because of a bomb, although I have no doubt a bomb had exploded -- it was because she refused to hand over part of her property to the government for railroads to run through.
