Hattadare Indian Village

This intriguing site is dedicated to Native Americans in general and descendants of Indians once settled along the Hatteras Island chain just off the NC coast, in particular. In 2008, we found the site quite nicely tended. Apparently one of Letha Lowery’s daughters-in-law has been helpful, although Letha herself wishes her kids would do more to keep the site presentable and in good repair.
