Miniature Washington Monument Replica Heard about this one from a friend -- a miniature replica of the Washington Monument. It wasn't too hard to find. It has a parking lot and a nice walkway around it. However, there are no signs saying who built it or when it was built etc. It is in front on a mall and a movie theater roughly at 600 Potomac Blvd. If you go back to the Municipal West Building at 200 Potomac Blvd you find an interesting sculpture made from various roadsigns - so two roadside attractions for the price of one (even though they are both FREE!)
