Tribute to Prostitutes In the city of Ukiah is a memorial in front of what is now an office building consisting of a bronze plaque on a granite boulder which pays tribute to the prostitutes who once plied their trade on this spot. It is located on a side street (Church Street, how appropriate) off of South State Street, approximately one block south of the County Courthouse. Ukiah is located approximately 120 miles north of San Francisco on highway 101. [Sonar Steve, Greg Stefani, 01/24/1999]
