Sea Captain Cain This doesn't appear to be a big friend, muffler man, etc. but a large captain humanoid. He sits just off of King's Highway in Myrtle Beach. There is a restaurant called "Best Philly" nearby but he is there to direct tourists to play miniature golf, which is just behind him. [Dennis Ludlow, 08/19/2009]
