Dowser Statue, County Museum The surprising Douglas County Museum is full of a variety of interesting things. Located in Waterville, the county seat for Douglas. Only open during summer months -- basically Memorial day through Labor day. It's in an interesting area mix of wheat farms and sagebrush, erratics and coulees.
