Carved Sturgeon Photo Opportunity The giant carved sturgeon, with saddle, sits out in front of the Valley Fish and Cheese at 304 South Prairie Street. The store alone is worth a visit with an excellent selection of Wisconsin cheeses and smoked fish, caught -- we were told -- mostly by the owner.
