Bannack Ghost Town: Ghosts and Gallows
It was the first town in Montana; the buildings are authentic and intact. It is kept up well. You really get the feeling of being sent back in time to the 1860s. The gallows still stand, the Meade Hotel, school house, the jail, and more. Beautiful scenery.

Bannack is a great stop, off the beaten path. Very original.
