[CS, 06/29/2015]We were there today --there was the production crew in the back. They were real nice. Nice cars parked in the back. Go slow when looking for it -- it is sandwiched between two buildings.

In Hollywood there are a million spots where scenes were shot for classic movies or TV shows, dressed up with temporary signs and paint jobs so that what remains is only recognizable if a tour guide points it out (thanks, Scott Michaels of Dearly Departed Tours!). Reality TV series "LA Ink" follows the work and travails of the skin artistes at High Voltage Tattoo. The storefront along La Brea is the real business; you can march right in and get a tattoo.
And check out the back of the building -- there's a large mural portrait of the show's "stars."
