This is a frequently-exaggerated claim to fame, but even if Buffalo's pool is only Wyoming's largest, it may very well be the largest FREE pool in the world. But probably not.

- In Washington Park. I-25 exit 298. Drive west on US 87 Business/Main St. for one mile. Turn left onto Parmalee St., drive three blocks, turn right onto Burritt Ave., drive one block, then turn left onto Angus St. The parking lot for the pool will be on the right.

- Summer 11-7, weather permitting. Local health policies may affect hours and access.
