20' to 25' tall, red plaid shirt (flannel look), dark blue pants This tall man was at a small construction company on Sayles Hill Road in Lincoln, RI for as long as I can remember. I travel that road a few times a year and I can not recall seeing him recently. [Donald Chabot, 09/26/2000]
