The Driller gets occasional shirts painted on to promote local charities or events. The only way to appreciate him is to stop in the small lot by his feet. There is no stopping or parking on the street in front. You'll probably need less than 10 minutes to get your photos. Parking can be difficult in the small lot at busy times when events are being held at the Tulsa Expo Center.
