Taxidermy with Mexican Food Casa Jimenez might just be lost in the mild sauce of Barstow's Mexican restaurants if it wasn't for its foresight in lining the dining room walls with dead animal heads. The mounted game trophies are displayed without comment, though a hand-written sign on a stuffed bear near the cash register warns "Do Not Touch" -- in two languages.
The food seemed fine to us.
