Water-powered mill dating to 1876 and still in operation [the oldest commercial building in WA state still serving its original purpose]; the site is now owned by the state of Washington and has volunteers on hand to give tours and grind wheat into flour before your very eyes.
Every visitor is offered a free bag of freshly-ground flour - however - there is a donation box and while not required, well, you get the gist of the grist.
