The Rock Cafe A small cafe in Stroud run by Dawn Welch. PIXAR chief John Lassiter said that Dawn was the inspiration for the movie "Cars." Well, at least the inspiration for Sally the Porsche in "Cars."

The cafe dates back to 1936, built with rocks gathered from the construction of Route 66, and it has been restored and reopened a number of times. A fire in 2008 gutted most of the building, but it was completely restored by 2009.
