Archangel Grotto

Along with the Archangel Grotto, there is a beautiful Our Lady of Guadalupe Memorial garden. Great place to walk around and reflect on life.

Archangel Grotto

The Archangel Grotto at the Marian Center is dedicated to the three archangels: Raphael, Michael and Gabriel. The statues stand about 9-ft. tall and are surrounded by a huge stone structure. This Archangel Grotto is the only grotto of its kind in Michigan and quite possibly the United States or anywhere.

The Marian Center sits in Joy Valley outside of Petoskey, with enormous hills surrounding it in every direction. It is a quiet, prayerful setting. There are many beautiful statues of Our Lord and His Blessed Mother and the Saints, an evangelical center, and beautiful garden areas.
