Portales, New Mexico: Personal Collection of Windmills
Bill Dalley spent 30 years collecting windmills from around Roosevelt County, erecting them in his breezy yard. He then donated his collection to the county, which in 2012-13 gradually moved all 80 windmills to the County Fairgrounds for permanent display.

The Dalleys sold most of the windmills and they have been moved to the Roosevelt Co. Fairgrounds for display.
