El Monte, California - El Monte Man The head has indeed been restored. The man's name, according to an employee, is "Edwin." He (the employee) enthusiastically encouraged us to come within the fencing and take as many pictures as we wanted. So we did. Enthusiastically. [Ashley and Ozwald Graves, 05/18/2005]
El Monte, California - Muffler Man - The head is back The El Monte Muffler Man has been repaired; his
head is back where it belongs! He's now sporting a golf club! He seems to be smaller than 18 feet tall.
Could just be my imagination, though.
