Grand Caverns

This is so much less crowded than the overhyped Luray Caverns. Our tour had only about five people, we could ask questions, and we could really see the formations (The path takes you very close to the formations). In the same area and regional park as Natural Chimneys.

One of the marvels of America is that it has enough show cave variety to suit pretty much anyone's taste. Sounds like Grand Caverns is a good antidote to the squealing throngs at Luray.

Grand Caverns.
