Junior Banks' Fortress of Faith Visited the castle, and Junior was there working. He was overjoyed to have visitors and gave us a lengthy tour of the castle. It really is an amazing place and Junior himself is such a wonderful man. One of the best things we've seen in our travels so far!

Junior Banks' Fortress of Faith This is a castle near Greenback, just off Lee Shirley Rd. Junior Banks has been building it for 18 years as a tribute to the ALMIGHTY. Very interesting place.... a CASTLE complete with turrets and cannons.
There was a sign at the road directing us in and a sign on the property that says "Please no visitors after 8 pm" It is, of course, free to view. Junior lives nearby.

Floyd "Junior" Banks started building his huge castle in 1992 out of random bricks, stone and cement -- but he couldn't tell anyone why he was doing it. Ten years later, God told him. There are 30+ themed rooms, including a throne room, dungeon, even a chamber devoted exclusively to evil and the devil.
